Utility Drawings Coordinator

About the Role:
The Utility Drawings Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the business unit to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Operational and Planning Teams, focusing on producing high-quality utility drawings and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and logging utility drawing requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Requesting and downloading utility drawing information from online portals or via email.
- Preparing, printing, and binding utility drawing packs, as well as emailing them to clients.
- Filing all relevant documentation associated with each client project.
- Liaising with Utility Providers to maintain logins and access to online portals.
- Confirming accuracy and content with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Operational staff.
- Providing monthly updates on numbers and performance towards KPIs.
- Liaising with Project Managers and Site Agents to ensure packs are up-to-date.
- Supporting Management, Planners, and Coordinators with other relevant duties and requests.
- Utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet searches to perform tasks efficiently.
