Job Summary

The Utility Drawings Administrator will provide administrative support to the business unit, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a positive company image. Key responsibilities include supporting the Operational and Planning Teams by providing administrative assistance, producing utility drawings, and performing other duties as instructed by the line manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and log utility drawing requests, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Request and download utility drawing information from online portals or via email.
  • Prepare, print, and bind utility drawing packs, or email them as required.
  • File relevant documentation associated with each client project.
  • Liaise with Utility Providers to maintain login access to online portals.
  • Confirm accuracy and content with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Operational staff.
  • Provide monthly updates on numbers and performance towards KPIs.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Site Agents to ensure packs are up-to-date.
  • Support Management, Planners, and Coordinators with other duties and requests to ensure team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills.
  • Work accurately and methodically under pressure, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Be PC literate, with training provided in role-specific software.
  • Possess a sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet searches.
