Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and facilities works across our restaurants in the UK.

This role involves ensuring minimal downtime of systems, managing sub-contractors, and communicating with both the property team and restaurant operations team regarding maintenance issues, projects, and updates on works.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Regional Facilities and Maintenance manager within hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a highly reactive, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance and facilities works across the portfolio of restaurants.
  • Ensure all sites are legally compliant from a technical standpoint.
  • Communicate with the property team and restaurant operations team regarding maintenance issues, projects, and updates on works.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Location: UK Wide (Portfolio of restaurants)

Requirements
  • Experience as a Regional Facilities and Maintenance manager within hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly reactive, customer-facing environment.

Benefits

  • Salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • Working hours as standard are circa 8am to 5pm, however the business works very much on self-managed hours dependant on business needs.
  • All travel covered by the business.
