We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in Nursery/EYFS settings in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early years education and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to students and teachers.
About the Role:- Support the delivery of EYFS curriculum
- Develop and lead engaging activities and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to achieve educational goals
- Monitor and record student progress regularly
- 6 months experience in a nursery or classroom setting
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in teaching assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- An attractive rate of pay £19-26 per hour
