The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Graduate Network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children, supporting their learning and development in a dynamic and caring environment.

Job Description
  1. Deliver High-Quality Support: Work closely with our EYFS teachers to provide high-quality support to students, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional needs.
  2. Collaborate with Colleagues: Build strong relationships with colleagues, sharing best practices and expertise to enhance student outcomes.
  3. Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and monitor students' progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing targeted strategies to address these.
  4. Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all students, adhering to our institution's policies and procedures.
  5. Communicate with Parents: Establish positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their education.

Requirements

  • A 2:2 degree or above in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Proven experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting.
  • Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum and ability to support high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £87 per day, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our students' learning and development.
