A dedicated Primary Learning Assistant is sought after by Academics to join their team in the Northfield area of Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting teachers and students in a primary setting, with experience in covering lessons and supporting children with special educational needs.

The role involves working 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday, covering classes and small groups across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. To be successful, you will need a relevant qualification and experience of covering lessons in a primary setting, as well as a basic understanding of phonics. We welcome applicants with a range of qualifications, including teaching assistant-related courses, university graduates, childcare-related qualifications, and health and social care-related qualifications with school experience or basic knowledge of phonics.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a long-term opportunity with a view to future possibilities, offering excellent rates of pay and the chance to develop your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities:
