Care and Support for Adults with Autism

Salary: £19 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to work with adults who have a wide range of support needs, providing practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.

The service operates Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm, with core hours being Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

You will be required to provide individualised support to adults within their own homes, using an outcomes-focused approach working with individuals for approximately 6-9 months to achieve mutually agreed outcomes and ultimately preventing homelessness.

  • Work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.
