Job Title: Care and Support Professional

Salary: £23,450 - £24,514 per annum, based on 37 hours per week

Job Description:

You will work closely with service users, providing them with practical and emotional support to enhance their quality of life. This may involve personal care, cooking, and housekeeping tasks. As a key member of our support staff, you will work as part of a team to deliver person-centred support, promoting independence and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in social care, psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
