Manufacturing Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols in a factory setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring adherence to daily production plans, confirming compliance with health and safety guidelines, and liaising with engineers on machine faults or break downs.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate completion of all team paperwork, information, and OEE daily
* Address any team performance/personal issues and escalate where appropriate
* Confirm previous experience working as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment is essential
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous team lead experience is preferred
* Confident in addressing performance and having difficult conversations
* Observant with a natural inquisitive and ambitious nature
* Positive, enthusiastic, driven personality
