About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Liaison Officer to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient tenant liaison point of contact for customers and coordinating various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers on investment plans for all projects, providing guidance and attending relevant corporate events.
  • Investigate and pursue customer enquiries on a variety of issues, resolving problems through effective interviewing and reporting.
  • Provide management with statistical information and reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work in a pressurised environment under own initiative.
  • Experience of developing services to achieve and maintain top quality performance in service delivery, within a value for money framework.
  • Knowledge and experience of using IT as an analytical tool.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
