  • Monitor and manage inventory of facility supplies and materials to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces to support our team's productivity and collaboration.
  • Perform safety checks and report any hazards or issues to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Support facility security measures and access control to protect our assets and data.
  • Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but not required.
