Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Import/Export Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Import/Export Clerk, you will play a key role in handling import and export documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle import and export documentation on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate shipments and manage logistics, working closely with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export operations, freight forwarding, or a related logistics role.
  • Strong understanding of customs CDS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
