Job Title: Store Service Advisor

END. is a leading technology-driven retailer of luxury and contemporary apparel, seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Service Advisor to join our Manchester operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support the store team in maximizing sales and enhancing the company's profile.
  • Provide outstanding service techniques, driving excellence in customer experience.
  • Assist in other areas of store operation, demonstrating a good understanding of processes and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards, replenishing stock and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Share in-depth knowledge of products and the industry with customers.
  • Handle financial transactions professionally, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury fashion or a related industry.
  • Ambition within the retail function, with a desire to develop within the company.
  • Sociable and charismatic, with an innate ability to engage with and interact with all customer types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
