We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to provide comprehensive support to children and families in their homes, schools, and communities in Warminster, PA.

About the Role

As a key member of our team at Access Services, you will engage with children, youth, and young adults, as well as their families and caregivers, to conduct thorough assessments of medical need for Intensive Behavioral Health Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that outline replacement behaviors, timelines, interventions, and responsible individuals for implementation.
  2. Consult with families and caregivers on behavior presentation, skill acquisition, concerns, and successes.
  3. Address discharge planning with individuals being served and their families/caregivers.
  4. Develop robust discharge plans to maintain and solidify behavioral changes.
  5. Maintain accurate case notes in the electronic health record.
Requirements:

A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Additionally, Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure (LBS/BSL) is mandatory.

Compensation: $50/hourly.
