Job Description

As a Behaviour and Emotional Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individual support for pupils with SEMH needs, delivering targeted interventions to improve emotional development, and working cohesively with the SEND team to differentiate appropriately pitched work.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with primary aged children, particularly in the area of behaviour and emotional well-being. You will also be expected to provide regular updates to the class teacher and senior leadership team, and attend meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
