We are seeking a skilled Estate Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Estate Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the grounds and landscaped areas of our properties. This includes tasks such as:
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, strimming, and clearing leaves or debris
- General maintenance of grounds, landscaped areas, open spaces, and customer properties using mechanical equipment and materials
- Utilizing a hand-held scheduling device and completing all documentation related to the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the appearance and safety of our properties
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our grounds and buildings
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- A full UK driver's license is essential
- Experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
- A willingness to develop skills and knowledge in all aspects of the Estate Maintenance Specialist role
