We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Adult Inpatient Mental Health wards at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and support to service users with mental and physical health needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care on night shifts, ensuring a safe and effective environment for patients.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address the training needs of junior staff.
- Ensure effective communication pathways are in place and act within their sphere of responsibility, managing the night shift in the absence of the Ward Manager or designated deputy.
