About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Performance Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of being an excellent coach with experience of managing complex conduct cases, resolving complex people issues, and taking action to improve engagement indicators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the operational management team to achieve safety, quality, cost efficiency, and people KPIs.
  • Achieving a fully engaged and aligned workforce through leadership that creates enthusiasm and inspires others to embrace positive change.
  • Transforming the site into a continuously improving organisation by building a culture of high performance and creating a climate for success, collective ownership, and a shared sense of achievement.
  • Ensuring health, safety, and legal compliance for the Plant and promoting a positive safety culture through re-enforcement of safe behaviour and visible leadership.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have operational planning and forecasting capabilities for a wider plant, a history of analysing and improving performance across a full range of scorecard KPIs, including people, customer, performance, and finance.
