We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our team in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with respiratory conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and experience in managing a team of nurses. They will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team, implementing effective change management, and establishing strong relationships with the multi-professional team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with respiratory conditions.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient care.
- Implement and manage effective change management to improve patient outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the multi-professional team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Take operational responsibility for the effective utilization of resources.
- Work closely with the MDT and educational teams to deliver an integrated respiratory service.
- RGN level 1 with 2 years minimum experience.
- Evidence of professional development and teaching qualifications.
- Experience in NIV and respiratory care.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage resources.
