Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Laboratory Operations Manager to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Laboratory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating, evaluating, and supervising all technical and operational activities and personnel in the laboratory.
  • Presenting data and information across all levels, including the lab, department, division, and corporate, and proficiently answering questions from all groups of staff, managers, and clients.
  • Recommending and endorsing test methods, including validation, documentation, and implementation of test systems.
  • Initiating and monitoring quality assurance programs for the laboratory to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Relevant degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
  • Proven industry experience in a similar lab operations management role.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with high complexity testing in Flow Cytometry.
