Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fire Extinguisher Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and installing fire extinguishers, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange appointments to carry out scheduled service and maintenance of fire extinguishers.
  • Plan working routes in a time and effective manner to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Service and install fire extinguishers to the highest standards.
  • Work in a safe and clean environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Complete the PDA system accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • BAFE qualification is essential.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Fire door assessments are desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work remotely and unsupervised is required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £27,000 to £28,500 basic.
  • Overtime rates of 1.5 on Saturdays until 12pm and double time after.
  • Double time on Sundays.
  • Commission rates of 7.5% on remedial and recommendations.
  • Travel time paid at 30 minutes' deduction each way.
  • Holiday entitlement of 23 days plus Bank holidays.
  • Company van for personal use.
  • Pension and death in service payout.
