Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Youth Support and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Monarch Education. This is a full-time position that requires enthusiasm and passion for supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils in schools across Bristol, providing 1:1 support and guidance to help them overcome adverse childhood experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running activities with pupils both in and outside the classroom, promoting their emotional wellbeing and resilience.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,500 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for additional training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support and guidance to pupils in schools across Bristol
  • Run activities with pupils both in and outside the classroom
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop pupil-centred plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
