Job Title: Chief CounselWe're seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Review and negotiate high-value contracts with key suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard our trademarks, patents, and copyrights to maintain our brand's integrity.
- Counterfeit Prevention: Lead efforts to combat counterfeit products and protect our brand across all channels.
- Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR, and implement policies to safeguard customer and employee data.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Stay ahead of emerging regulations and ensure our company is compliant with all relevant laws and standards.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance on employment matters, property-related issues, and customer complaints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our tech, brand, and operational teams to address complex legal challenges.
