About Our Client

Our client is a leading FMCG business with a strong presence in the UK market.

As the most senior person on shift, you will be accountable for a variety of business metrics including safety, engagement, cost, process, and service.

  • Lead a team of frontline managers in a fast-paced environment, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive performance improvement.
  • Drive operational compliance to process, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Make informed decisions under pressure, prioritizing safety and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver world-class customer service, aligning with the company's vision and values.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Shift Operations Manager will be based in the South East region and have a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence.

  • Ability to work a 4-on-4-off shift that rotates across days and nights.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to deliver performance improvement through wider team members.
  • Proven track record of succession planning and performance management.
  • Ability to develop your direct reports with a coaching style aligned to a live operation.
