The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Shift Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of frontline managers and drive performance improvement through coaching and development.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and performance management strategies.
  • Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to lead under pressure.
  • Ability to work a 4-on-4-off shift that rotates across days and nights.
