The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shift Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be based within a commuting distance of Dartford and possess the following experience:

  • Ability to work a 4-on-4-off shift that rotates across days and nights.
  • Leadership and Performance Improvement
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to deliver performance improvement through wider team members.

  • Proven track record of succession planning and performance management.
