Job Description:

  • Cash Collection: Manage and safeguard the company's sales ledger by maximising cash flow, minimising bad debts, reducing overdue percentages, and ensuring accounts are maintained within group policies and reporting requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and highlight potential risks and concerns to the Senior AR Controller.
  • Account Maintenance: Ensure the sales ledger is always clean and up-to-date.
  • Credit Limit Review: Review credit limits on a monthly basis and adhere to our credit insurance policy.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation of future changes to current processes.
  • Holiday Cover: Provide holiday cover and assistance when required.

  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and IT skills, including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
