Job Title: Sales Professional

A leading developer in the Bournemouth area is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the new homes market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting viewings around the show homes, selling off-plan units, and working within a team to ensure sales targets are met. A key aspect of this role will be to keep up-to-date with competitors within the area and maintain a good knowledge of the development and its unique selling points (USPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
