About the Role

The One Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge Science Park. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing and developing our shipping activities, ensuring seamless delivery of our products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage all shipping activities, determining the most appropriate shipment method through detailed knowledge of the product, customs process, and recipient requirements.
  • Examine outgoing shipments to ensure all internal specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Post-shipment dispatch work, including updating and maintaining shipment records and communicating results and issues.
  • Accurately follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure completion of duties with minimal errors.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and assist in the further development of process flows.
  • Receive shipments and materials into the building.
Requirements
  • Strong background in global logistics, with experience in managing shipping activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to balance tasks concurrently to achieve deadlines and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive team player with strong written, verbal, and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible and able to work independently and collaboratively within the team/company vision as needed.
