Job Title: Chefs of All Grades

We are seeking passionate and skilled chefs to join our fast-paced bistro kitchen team at The Windrose Bar and Restaurant. Our ideal candidates will have a genuine love for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commis Chef: Assist senior chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks, ensuring adherence to kitchen safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
  • Chef de Partie: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to the bistro's standards under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Sous Chef: Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, leading the team in the Head Chef's absence, and overseeing food preparation, quality control, and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Culinary certification or equivalent kitchen experience
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management practices
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Creative flair and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes
