Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the kitchen staff in food preparation and ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts and hospitality to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

**Duties**:

- Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
