We are seeking a compassionate and organised Personal Assistant to join our team at ENABLE Scotland. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Role Overview

This role involves working in various shift patterns across 13 services, providing support to individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with our team to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations of our service users are met;
  • Working flexible contracted hours, shift patterns, and shift times to accommodate childcare and other commitments;
  • Contributing to creating an equal society for people with learning disabilities by sharing our values and passion for social care.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.
