Regional Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Regional Sales Specialist to join our team at MasterMover. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving international sales and providing exceptional customer service to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Identify and engage with global customers, understand their needs, and present MasterMover's innovative material handling solutions to meet their operational requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Collaborate with our marketing team to provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive regional landscape, to develop effective regional marketing strategies.
- Partner Support: Assist and coordinate with regional sales partners to support sales and service processes and ensure that enquiries are completed successfully.
- Customer Service: Provide service support to ensure customer satisfaction and act upon customer feedback to maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Mandarin, Malay, or other Asian or Eastern European languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
