Job Title: Outreach Tutor

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking an experienced Outreach Tutor to provide one-to-one support to children with complex needs in a community setting.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Outreach Tutor. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide face-to-face support to children with a range of complex needs, including SEMH, ASC, MLD, and SpLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver differentiated National Curriculum core subjects to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a comprehensive support package for children
  • Provide regular progress updates to parents and carers
Requirements:
  • QTS status or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with complex needs, including SEMH, ASC, MLD, and SpLD
  • Excellent behavior management strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
