We are currently recruiting for Specialist Outreach Tutors to provide face to face provision to students who need access to Alternative provision, this could be due to SEN/SEMH so experience in this is required. The role is to start ASAP.

Position - 1:1 Outreach Tutor
Start date - ASAP
Contract type - Temporary
2 Hours per day x 5 days per week Monday - Friday
Rate of pay £27-£35 (depending on experience)
During school hours - Tuition takes place between 0830am and 1630pm Monday to FridayWe are looking for candidates who are:-

Available during school hours up to 10 hours per week.
Experience teaching young people with a wide range of complex and challenging needs including SEMH/ASC/MLD/SpLD
Prepared to work face to face within the community.Background teaching in English, Maths, Science or SEN classes ranging from KS1-KS5.
QTS status (or equivalent) or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects
2 years previous experience working within a UK school.We can offer a unique experience within recruitment where you have your own personal consultant who is available 16 hours a day, a DBS fully paid for by Ackerman Pierce and a Compliance service with a quick and easy registration process.
