Job Description: Children's Residential Support Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Coordinator to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and guidance to help them develop essential life skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Developing Life Skills: Assist young people in developing essential life skills, including cooking, cleaning, and time management.\
  • Supporting Morning Routines: Help young people establish morning routines that promote independence and self-care.\
  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality support for young people.\

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
