Speech and Language Therapist Role at Outcomes First Group

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include delivering assessment and intervention plans, managing a caseload, and contributing to staff training and consultation. You will work closely with our knowledgeable Clinical Team to provide person-centered care, putting the individuals we support at the forefront of everything we do.

The successful candidate will have an Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy, experience of working with children, young people, and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, and a valid UK full driving license.
