The successful candidate will work within a manufacturing environment, responsible for client and candidate engagement, streamlining communication between the recruitment team and the production team, while recruiting and managing the onsite flexible workforce.

The Technical Account Manager will become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business to recruit, train, and support the best workforce for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff rotas, sickness, and holiday
- Recruit new and manage a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times
- Monitor employee performance, particularly pick rates, Health and Safety, and general conduct
- Drive continuous improvement in pick rates, screen cleaning, and housekeeping tasks
- Identify changes in material quality and react accordingly to ensure quality and production are not compromised
- Manage and deal with non-compliance and breaches of Health and Safety on shift
- Ensure site Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are maintained to a high standard
