Health and Safety Advisor

Employee Management Ltd, a leading provider of HR, Health & Safety, and Employment Law services, is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join their busy team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on day-to-day health and safety matters
- Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop and review health and safety policies and risk assessments
- Assist with projects that have health and safety implications
- Prepare written briefings, reports, and articles on health and safety topics
- Design and deliver health and safety training
- Thorough knowledge of UK health and safety law and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in designing and delivering health and safety training
- NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a qualified health and safety advisory role
- Adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Proactive in identifying sales and consultancy opportunities
- Professional demeanor with the ability to put clients at ease
