We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Nigel Wright Group. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of finance-related tasks, including finance administration, managing the purchase ledger, and maintaining accurate records of sales and debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using Sage Line 50
- Manage the purchase ledger, including posting and processing invoices
- Maintain accurate records of sales and debt recovery
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance assistant role
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PIVOT table creation
