London, Greater London, United Kingdom Gopuff Full time
Operations Supervisor Role:

At Gopuff, we're looking for a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse team during your shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Your duties will include:

  • Leading by Example: Show the warehouse team how it's done, lead by example, and be responsible for that shift.
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers.
  • Drivers and Riders: Be the point of contact for drivers on shift and work with them to ensure a slick delivery experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Put away products to inventory locations and conduct cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock products. Manage waste and compliance and our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
  • Warehouse Management: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and a space you can be proud of.

About You:

We're looking for someone with experience working in a restaurant, dark store, retail, or warehouse environment. You should have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite). A strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty are essential. You must thrive in fast-paced environments and have effective communication skills. Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful are also required. Flexible and available during peak hours (5pm - 4:30am) is a must.

Benefits:

We offer holiday pay, sick pay, career growth opportunities, and performance appraisal. At Gopuff, we know that life can be unpredictable. Sometimes you forget the milk at the store, run out of pet food for Fido, or just really need ice cream at 11 pm. We're assembling a team of motivated people to help us drive forward that vision to bring a new age of convenience and predictability to an unpredictable world. Gopuff is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to an inclusive workplace where we do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, gender, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or familial status, age, ancestry, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws. We believe in diversity and encourage any qualified individual to apply.
