Job Title: Senior Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance support functions of our warehouse automation system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, including training manager, reliability manager, CMMS specialist, maintenance planner, and stores team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure all warehouse equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage the maintenance department budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or HNC/HND in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment and systems, including conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems.
  • Proven history of developing and managing maintenance programs and teams.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant technology.
