We are seeking a customer-focused Caretaker to join our North London Estate Services team at Clarion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning communal areas, ensuring our estates are kept clean and hazard-free with high standards maintained.

Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, litter picking, and cleaning bin areas, as well as carrying out health and safety checks.

As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and safety of our estates, and will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
