As a Home Health Support Worker with Nurseplus, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with complex care needs, mental health requirements, dementia, and older adults in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include administering medication, ensuring nutritional needs are met, and providing personal care. You will also work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
The role offers flexibility, with options for full or part-time positions, days, nights, and weekends. Pay rates start from £13.05 per hour, with weekly pay, free training (Care Certificate), and ongoing development opportunities available.
Key Requirements- Aged 18 or above
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license (travel expenses covered up to 50p per mile)
- Good standard of English and effective communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (cost £45, refunded after a set period of work)
