About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd.

As a Care Assistant Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and feeding
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a nursing home environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks
