About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Coordinator to join our EHCP service team at Gloucestershire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access inclusive and appropriate education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with education providers, health, social care, and other professionals to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
  • Assess and review the needs of vulnerable children, young people, and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources.
  • Work collaboratively with the EHCP team to produce and review Education, Health and Care Plans, ensuring they meet the needs of children and young people.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to colleagues, promoting best practice and improving outcomes for children and young people.
