About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Manager to join our team at Premier Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining site services and infrastructure to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Premier Group standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain site services and infrastructure to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Premier Group standards.
  • Drive the reduction of utility consumption by working with various departments across the factory.
  • Lead and manage contractor services to ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site services and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • HNC/degree standard of education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills with the ability to drive change.
  • Good project management skills with detailed knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Effective management of contractor services.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in food or allied industry with at least 5 years in a supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of technical areas including DSEAR/ATEX, Electrical Maintenance, Pressure Systems, Boiler Management, LOLER, Legionella, LEV & Refrigeration Systems, and Effluent Plant Systems.
