About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Manager to join our team at Premier Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining site services and infrastructure to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Premier Group standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and upkeep of site services, including electrical, mechanical, and building services.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce utility consumption and improve energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive compliance and ensure effective management of contractor services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site services and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- HNC/degree standard of education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
- Strong leadership and technical skills with the ability to drive change.
- Good project management skills with detailed knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Effective management of contractor services.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in food or allied industry with at least 5 years in a supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of technical areas including DSEAR/ATEX, Electrical Maintenance, Pressure Systems, Boiler Management, and more.
