Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site services and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
- Manage contractor services, including electrical maintenance, pressure systems, and lifting operations.
- Develop and implement site services and infrastructure strategies to improve efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure effective management of site services and infrastructure, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- HNC/degree standard of education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to drive change and improve processes.
- Good project management skills, with detailed knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Effective management of contractor services, with a focus on quality and safety.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in food or allied industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
