Health, Safety and Environmental Manager | High Wycombe | £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Subject-Matter Expertise, Leadership, and Coaching: Lead and mentor teams to enhance safety and health capabilities, showcasing your leadership and building a strong safety culture.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to ISO 14001 and other health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, creating a structured framework that supports regulatory compliance.
- Engagement with Staff: Improve safety awareness across all levels, making a tangible impact on workplace culture and demonstrating your ability to influence and motivate.
- Interaction with Stakeholders: Engage with contractors, regulators, and agencies, expanding your network and enhancing your problem-solving skills in safety management.

Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing and/or food production is ideal.
- Professional Qualifications: NEBOSH Certificate is a minimum. Diploma or working towards, and IOSH membership are a plus but not required.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation.
- Enthusiasm and Positivity: A passionate and proactive approach to health and safety is essential.
